Well my EVE is on a solid state drive and i have new sandy bridge CPUs, interestingly the splash screen stays for about 17 seconds.

if you shoot at somebody and have wrecks with items in it out, they can shoot you for 4:15 hours. 2 for the wreck, 2 for the can that appeared when they salvaged and 15 lingering timer. So, maybe dont shoot at people if you dont want to pvp.

You guys would be terrible mercs, when people hear you extort the original contractor for more isk and/or break the contract, your chances of being hired go way down because you are obviously scamming and also not really into pvp.
